Free-issue toll manufacturing, step by step

As a toll manufacturer, we operate on a completely free-issue basis. Simply provide us with your bulk product, components and shippers (outer cases), and we convert them into fully finished, saleable products ready for your customers.

Getting started with us couldn’t be easier. From your initial enquiry through to production, we keep the process clear, simple and fully managed. With just a few simple steps, you’ll have your costs confirmed and your dedicated customer portal set up, ready for your first production run.

Once production is complete, we’ll let you know so collection can be arranged within 48 hours. We also take care of your free-issue components throughout the process, ensuring everything you’ve supplied is safely returned to you.

The Process, Step by Step

As a toll manufacturer, we operate on a completely free-issue basis. Simply provide us with your bulk product, components and shippers, and we turn them into finished, saleable stock.

    Enquiry & sample of product

    Quote provided by LaunchPad Manufacturing

  3. Step 03

    Unique customer portal set up & contracts signed

  4. Step 04

    Order received

  5. Step 05

    Finished product specification created for approval by customer

  6. Step 06

    Customer to confirm arrival date of all components

  7. Step 07

    LaunchPad Manufacturing confirm the production date

  8. Step 08

    Customer’s free issue goods arrive

  9. Step 09

    LaunchPad Manufacturing inspect goods and proceed to production

  10. Step 10

    Finished goods are complete and TVC tested (if required)

  11. Step 11

    Goods to be collected 48hrs later along with any remaining free issue components

Customer Portal

Our unique customer portal has been designed to make every stage of the process more efficient, transparent, and easy to manage. From one central location, you can view your products and pricing breaks, place orders, confirm inventory arrival dates and see what’s been booked in.

The portal also lets you track production dates, receive notifications when finished products are ready, review final quantities, and access invoices and other documentation. The portal holds everything in one place, and we are always a phone call or email away.
