Toll manufacturing, answered
What is toll (free-issue) manufacturing?
You supply (or “free issue”) your bulk product, components and shippers (outer cases). We fill, pack, label and assemble them into finished, saleable products, then return them along with any unused components. You keep ownership of your product throughout.
What is your minimum order quantity?
From 100 units for a single product. We quote across price breaks, so you can choose the volume that works best for you at the time.
What products and formats can you fill?
Personal care (bath & body, skincare, hair care, tanning, deodorants, men’s grooming, EDT/EDPs and pet care), household products (sanitiser, surface sprays, candles, diffusers and room sprays) and gift sets. Fill sizes run from 2ml to 1000ml across jars, bottles, airless and refillable packs, aluminium tubes, pouches, candles and reed diffusers.
How do I get started?
Send us an enquiry and a sample of your product. We assess it, send a quote, set up your customer portal and contract, then confirm a production date once your components are booked in.
Do you supply the bulk product or packaging?
No. We work on a free-issue basis, so you supply the bulk, components and shippers. That keeps you in control of your formula, suppliers and costs.
How do I collect finished goods?
We’ll let you know as soon as production is complete so collection can be arranged within 48 hours, together with any remaining free-issue components.
