Who we are

LaunchPad Manufacturing (“we”, “us”) is a toll (free-issue) contract filling and packing business based at 2 Lodge Way, Thetford, Norfolk. What we collect

• Enquiries. When you use our enquiry form we collect your name, email address and the details you choose to give us: company, phone number, brand(s), website, product format and category, expected units, number of SKUs and your message.
• Correspondence. Emails and messages exchanged with us about a quote or project.
• Clients. If we go on to work together, the contact and project details needed to deliver the work, and the access details for our client portal.
• Security data. To stop spam, the form keeps a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address for ten minutes. We cannot read your IP address back from it.

We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools on this website, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers who help us run the business, under contracts that require them to protect your data:

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it to another provider. Email hello@launchpadmanufacturing.co.uk; we will reply within one month. Some records (for example invoices) must be kept by law even if you ask us to delete them.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
